We Provide Two Types of Poker Vibrator

Common Poker Vibrator
- Flexible shaft vibrator with separate drive unit
- Offers higher power and deeper vibration penetration
- Used for deep and wide foundation, large slabs and tall/heavy columns

Pencil Concrete Vibrator
- All-in-one unit (Vibrator + motor in a compact form)
- Lightweight, portable, and easy to operate
- Used for narrow columns, thin walls and beams & small formwork
By Power Source

Electric Power
- Plugged into mains power
- Delivers precise vibration at high frequency
- Quiet and emission-free

Petrol engine
- Powered by a gasoline/petrol engine
- High mobility and power
- Quick start and responsive performance

Diesel engine
- Driven by a diesel engine
- Excellent fuel efficiency
- Durable for large-scale construction sites
By Vibrator Head Diameter

Ø25-35mm
- Lower centrifugal force and vibration amplitude
- Easier to maneuver in confined spaces
- For small formwork, narrow beams, precast molds, and repair work
Ø28-60mm
- Higher centrifugal force and vibration amplitude
- Faster compaction over wide areas
- For large pours, thick concrete, dams, and infrastructure works
By Shaft Length

1-3 Meters
- Shorter and more flexible
- Ideal for handheld or backpack-type vibrators
- For close-range work or confined spaces

4-8 Meters
- Longer reach into deep or distant formwork
- Allows compaction in deep areas without moving the power unit
- Reduces repositioning time
Applications

Concrete Columns
Compact concrete effectively in narrow, vertical spaces with dense rebar. Use Ø28–35mm head to eliminate air pockets, avoid honeycombing, and ensure strong, uniform structural integrity.

Beams
Ensure full vibration in narrow, horizontal or slanted sections. Prevent voids under rebar, improve bonding and finish. Use short to medium shafts for precise control.

Floor Slabs
Perform spot or edge compaction near corners or screed misses. Improve surface integrity, minimize weak zones. Use handheld units or combine with surface vibrators for slabs.

Foundations and Footings
Achieve deep penetration in thick horizontal pours using a 4–6m shaft and Ø50–60mm head. Eliminates trapped air, prevents segregation, and ensures uniform concrete consolidation.
FAQ
How does a poker vibrator work?
It operates by transmitting high-frequency vibrations through a steel poker (vibrating head), which liquefies the concrete temporarily, allowing trapped air to escape and aggregates to settle into place.
How long should the poker vibrator stay in one spot?
Generally, 5 to 15 seconds per spot is sufficient, depending on concrete viscosity and head size. Over-vibration may cause segregation.
Can I use a poker vibrator on all types of concrete?
It’s mainly used on fresh, workable concrete. It’s not suitable for stiff mixes or dry concrete unless specially designed.
What safety precautions should be followed?
Wear PPE (gloves, goggles, hearing protection), check for electrical insulation, and avoid bending the shaft too sharply to prevent damage.
How long should you use a Poker Vibrator in one spot?
Generally, 5 to 15 seconds per spot, or until no more air bubbles rise and the surface glistens.
