Applications

Concrete Columns

Concrete Columns

Compact concrete effectively in narrow, vertical spaces with dense rebar. Use Ø28–35mm head to eliminate air pockets, avoid honeycombing, and ensure strong, uniform structural integrity.

Beams

Beams

Ensure full vibration in narrow, horizontal or slanted sections. Prevent voids under rebar, improve bonding and finish. Use short to medium shafts for precise control.

Floor Slabs

Floor Slabs

Perform spot or edge compaction near corners or screed misses. Improve surface integrity, minimize weak zones. Use handheld units or combine with surface vibrators for slabs.

Foundations and Footings

Foundations and Footings

Achieve deep penetration in thick horizontal pours using a 4–6m shaft and Ø50–60mm head. Eliminates trapped air, prevents segregation, and ensures uniform concrete consolidation.

FAQ

It operates by transmitting high-frequency vibrations through a steel poker (vibrating head), which liquefies the concrete temporarily, allowing trapped air to escape and aggregates to settle into place.

Generally, 5 to 15 seconds per spot is sufficient, depending on concrete viscosity and head size. Over-vibration may cause segregation.

It’s mainly used on fresh, workable concrete. It’s not suitable for stiff mixes or dry concrete unless specially designed.

Wear PPE (gloves, goggles, hearing protection), check for electrical insulation, and avoid bending the shaft too sharply to prevent damage.

Generally, 5 to 15 seconds per spot, or until no more air bubbles rise and the surface glistens.
